Recipe - Strawberry Mango Protein Smoothie

If you’re looking for a way to kick off the morning, this is perfect to jump-start your day.

Smoothies are fast and refreshing; especially as hot as it is this summer.

After all, when it comes to smoothies, anything goes! Toss in some leafy greens, add your favorite fruit, or use a protein powder (or don’t)—the options are endless. I love it because it is a way I can get some protein, fruit, and vegetable servings quickly. I like this recipe because I can throw in my collagen powder too. So, what are you waiting for? Blend away!


Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk

1 cup frozen mangos

1 cup frozen strawberries

2 tsp maple syrup

1 serving collagen powder

1 serving of Vanilla protein powder

1 cup of spinach


Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth!
