"Make You Banana Pancakes... Pretend Like It's the Weekend Now"

No, Jack Johnson wasn’t the only one who could eat banana pancakes! I have fallen in love with this Whole30 approved banana pancake recipe with just THREE ingredients. It is so simple, easy, and delicious. Who says it is “unhealthy” to have pancakes for breakfast? Try these next time you are wanting something special in the morning…

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

How to

For one serving, mash up one banana in a bowl. Add two eggs to this bowl and whisk. Finally, add in ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, and mix it all together. Coat the pan in the oil or cooking spray of your choice before pouring on the batter.

Once you have turned all of your batter into pancakes, top the stack with a bit of your favorite nut butter. I even love to throw on a tablespoon or two of greek yogurt to mimic whipped cream. This particular morning, I enjoyed my pancakes with my new Eat Wanna Date Cinnamon Spread. It is a delicious way to sweet just about anything with only 25 calories in one tablespoon and no added sugar. They were most recently featured on Shark Tank, and let me tell you, they are incredible. Finally, sprinkle some blueberries on top, and enjoy!

Update to this post: Other mornings, I get more creative. Here, I drizzled on some powdered peanut butter mixed with water (post to come) and added some blueberries - in addition to the Eat Wanna Date of course!
