Focusing on the Big Rocks
I frequently have people stop me and ask what supplements they need to take. I just smile, because there are a few big rocks in our lives that if we are not doing, no supplement or pill in the world can help us. The Big Rocks are:
1. Eating healthy and clean
2. Exercising and moving
3. Sleeping and resting
4. Handling stress
5. Forming relationships and connections with others
We will go deeper into all of these, but just ask yourself where you can do baby steps to cover these areas of your life. The rest is just sand in the jar!! Remember, it is a process. Don't aim for perfection, just keep moving forward.
