Fitness Feature - B Tribal Fit

This Sunday, we've got a fitness feature instead of the usual supplement Sunday. We are looking forward to providing you all with ways to get up and get moving especially during this crazy time!

As one of our “Big Rocks,” exercise and movement are SO important. As our days get busier and busier, it is easy to push this rock to the background. Others of us may still feel uneasy about stepping inside a gym. If you find yourself in either of these boats or just in need of a good, quick way to check this exercise box, I am sharing another one of my favorite ways to get moving these days.

B Tribal Fit. I started the 7 day trial before going out of town earlier this summer. I completed just five days of the videos, and I was surprised not only at the quality (and burn!) of the workouts but also my commitment to completing the schedule for the week and the vast library of cardio, boxing, barre, pilates, and strength videos there were to try. These videos are great for all fitness levels and schedules with modifications for almost every movement and videos of all lengths. All this for just $12 per month. Go check it out using the link below and see if this is something you would like to incorporate into your fitness routine!
